Terms of Use

1. BLACK BOX challenge

You may use any lawful method, AI, code, notes, automation, or tools to solve BLACK BOX. The challenge is designed to test problem solving in an unknown system, not compliance with one preferred method.

You must not obtain a pass through unauthorized access to source, server/admin interfaces, credentials, secrets, another user's session, destructive traffic, cross-instance interference, or other access outside the challenge surface. Do not publish active BLACK BOX solutions or reproducible bypasses.

2. Anonymous attempts and CLEAR

No account is required to start. Retry/cooldown limits apply to the anonymous Admission session used by that browser. They are not represented as person-level identity enforcement. A verified CLEAR is an Admission achievement. Presence is a participation ritual, not a CAPTCHA or proof of biological humanity.

Sharing and anonymous counts

You may challenge another person with the sanitized VERIFIED CLEAR image and opaque referral link. Keep the active solution and private proof undisclosed. AI SHARE HANDOFF copies a proposal-only packet for an owner's review; it does not authorize or automatically publish a post. A referral grants no authority, access or reputation.

BLACK BOX uses anonymous first-party browser-count and first-referral cookies and aggregate direct/referral funnel counts as described in the Privacy Policy. VISITORS is an anonymous browser estimate; STARTS and CLEARS record successful Challenge creation and Presence-confirmed completion. Totals begin at counter launch, not historical all-time, and do not affect Admission, Capability rank, Agent reputation or promotion.

3. Saving a PASS

After CLEAR and an explicit worldview choice, you may use Google to save the PASS. Google is the single Founding human account identity. A PASS may be registered only once to a member identity, and the same Google identity may be recognized as already passed. Do not use another person's Google account or CLEAR without authorization.

GitHub is not required for Admission or membership identity. It may be connected later only when a bounded technical task actually needs repository tooling.

4. CLEAR is not Community or LAB access

CLEAR, a worldview YES, PASS registration, contribution/processing consent, Sovereign Node binding, Candidate/Researcher roles, LAB access, and Agent authority are separate states. None automatically grants the next. Community and LAB participation may require additional eligibility, age/guardian, consent, authority, security, or research terms.

5. Rights and responsibility

Keep your own Purpose and Authority. Do not contribute content you do not have the right to share. Do not submit credentials, secrets, employer/client-confidential information, or unrelated private data. Receiving a Method is never permission to execute it, spend money, access data, publish, or expand privileges.

6. Availability and changes

Founding services are experimental and may change, pause, rate-limit, fail closed, or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular future role, or that CLEAR guarantees Community/LAB admission. We may restrict access necessary to protect users, evidence integrity, security, legal compliance, or the service.
